Image is from NOFS pixel generator.  The NOFS image is 10 arc-minutes on a side, and the error radius is defined using a white circle.

A second image referenced by GCN observation Report number 723 references : IPN annulus for GRB000620
which reduces the error box by roughly 25 percent.  This intersection is shown in the second figure.
